By accessing or using Lugistia’s website or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Product & Service Information
All listings include:

- Price
- Availability / stock status
- Seller or provider details
Stock or service availability may change without notice.
If an item or service becomes unavailable after order placement, Lugistia may:
- Notify the customer
- Offer replacement or rescheduling
- Issue refund
4. Order Acceptance
An order is confirmed only after:
- Successful payment OR confirmed Cash-on-Delivery request
- Availability verification
- Seller/provider acceptance
Lugistia reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Out-of-stock items
- Service unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Delivery limitation
- Suspected fraud or misuse
5. Delivery Policy
Lugistia provides delivery services across Bangladesh.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Inside Dhaka: up to 5 working days
- Outside Dhaka: up to 10 working days
Delivery time may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Political or transport disruption
- Courier limitations
- Remote locations
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Accepted payment methods:
- Online secure payment (SSL protected)
- Mobile Financial Services
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment must be completed before dispatch except COD orders.
7. Mandatory Checkout Agreement
Before placing an order, customers must confirm:

Lugistia is not liable for third-party misrepresentation.
10. Third-Party Advertisements & Customer Data
Lugistia does not sell or share customer personal data without consent.
If any seller or service provider independently uses customer data outside the Lugistia platform, they bear full responsibility.
Any third-party advertisement displayed by sellers remains seller responsibility.
11. User Accounts
Users must:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain password confidentiality
- Not misuse the platform
Lugistia may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse or misconduct
- Policy violations
12. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Logos
- Images
- Design
- Text
- Software
are property of Lugistia and protected under applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
Lugistia acts as a facilitator between customers and sellers/providers.
Lugistia is not liable for:
- Seller product defects
- Catering provider service issues
- Manufacturer warranty matters
Liability is limited to the order value.
14. Force Majeure
Lugistia is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Logistics disruptions
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of Bangladesh.
